Cleared most of the fallen debris this evening. One tree down/leaning (thanks to the beavers) at the bridge going down by Tyvola, before you come out to tennis courts. One vine hanging (bar grabber) right before the gully loop sign. Tried to pull away from trail. (It’s passable).

I'll head out that way with a saw this weekend if no one else gets to it first.

I thought, that apart from the short track, that this trail had been permanently closed and is no longer maintained.

Is it clear (apart from the tree) and does it still come out at the double track climb out?

Not sure where you get your info, but the trail is open. We lost a lot due to a creek restoration, but I am finalizing agreements with the adjacent owner to start adding about 5 miles back. Once approved and once the creek restoration is complete the trails overhaul will start again.

I'm glad that this is an environment where you feel free to fail.
