Hi, Douglas.

 

Outdoor Market is a progression and expansion of CycloFest (the bike expo) that has been hosted at the USNWC. Outdoor Market will continue the tradition of featuring bike demos, but expand into more activities and disciplines, as well as offer group rides/runs/paddles, clinics, yoga, films, and live music.

Not affiliated with CycloFest or Interbike as far as I can tell.

Reached out to USNWC about Market Fest replacing Cyclofest and received the following response.   

  “Outdoor Market is an expansion of Cyclofest. We are adding more gear demos. In addition to biking, we'll have kayaking, rock climbing, and running vendors. We have not released the vendor list yet, so keep an eye out for it on our website.

Could be a good thing. Have my fingers crossed as the first Cyclofest was absolutely amazing.

Cyclofest was the best event I've ever been to at WWC.  This market place shindig better be "Straight cool" or else Angry

I notice on their schedule that there are no "dealer only" events.  This is a standard at all Interbikes so as others have said it is the WWC doing it on their own....  Hope it works out....but....

I loved Cyclofest and was REALLY looking forward to it. I think it's great that they're trying to include other activities but I fear the event will suffer greatly. We'll see.

It will not be a Cyclo Fest what so ever......we can only hope It will be half of the first Cyclo fest event.  Wish the WWC nothing but the best on their event.  Just don't see it being as good as Cyclofest. Fingers crossed....
