Oh that one. Pretty sure Scott Hubbs dropped it. He was riding some old dinosaur bike the other day.

Old bikes are what Scott and I ride! We can't afford these new fancy bikes everyone else rides. Right Scott?!! Besides, our bikes still do the job, so why buy new ones.

The Trail Gnomes collectively ask that decorations such as old yellow Nuke Proof stems and old Christmas trees stay in their rightful place on the trails.  Last i recall the stem was pretty solidly attached to a small Beech tree.

Nope, stem was in the middle of the trail.  I will put it back if you think it adds to the ambience

It usually happens when hucking to flat.  You know, speed up, jump, bouncing hard landing to flat.  Next thing you know your stem is missing.   Duhh

Maybe someone was riding a tandem with an empty stoker position and did not realized it worked itself loose

I have it.  Meet me out there and we can put it back wherever it supposed to go. I have never seen it before the other day and it was in the middle of the trail.

You are now the owner of the stem.  It's your job to now re-mount it to a random of tree of your choosing where it can be seen while riding the trail (just not on the north loop).

Aught to add a pair of handle bars and mount it about 6’ up in the air horizontally sticking out from a tree someplace in the jump line .....    Shocked
