Are you really going to ride the SB5.5

Yep, sure am.  Going to take the $1K I saved between the price of the 5.5 and the 130 and buy a $hitton of beer

Ive got the 2019 Stumpy
Although a great bike not a plus bike and really one of the few frames that  allow you to run a 2.8 rear tire

Its litterally a " Monster Truck" with the 2.8 tires
You can plow through any chunk
I have the Alu.. version
Pretty nice bike overall has the flip chip bottom bracket is a fuzz  low
But the weight of the bike is the overall issue
Any jumps you hit you don't have to worry about pulling up on the front and the rear end is going to hit the ground first like a bowling ball 🤔

Might I suggest another 29
"Scott Ransom "
Adjustable rear travel Through the Fox evol rear shock
Great frame geo's
That would be my next dream bike

Slow the rebound down a bit on the fork and just a touch faster in the rear and that will help with that issue.

Should get my Evil Offering frame in end of the week. Building it out as a custom build with DVO suspension & post, Saint brakes, cranks and pedals and Onyx / Ibis rims. Choked the fork down to 140 mm; but the Diamond is super easy to switch travel between 140 - 150 mm (27mm socket and a clip) so I’m going to do some experimenting with fork travel and flip chip based on the trail being ridden. If my guess is right this bike can go a lot of places very well based on the set up used. Doing this one blind, but based on the numbers and some very good reviews in Bike and Enduro magazines I think this is going to be one fantastic bike.

Anyone tried the new 2019 YT Jeffsy?  The new Guerrilla Gravity carbon bikes (Trail Pistol and Smash) look good too but complete bikes have not hit consumers yet.
