New addition to the BikeFarm family

While looking into the Pisgah Mountain bike festival I found out the BikeFarm Family is expanding. Does anyone know what the new location will be? (I assume it will have trails or be near trails as Reeb Ranch and The Bike Farm have them)

"An update on the festival: The great news is The Bike Farm family is growing.
The other news is that the new team member is due to arrive the same time as the festival... so, after much deliberation, we have decided to put the festival on hold and are looking at Spring 2019 dates." from
