Any Rockshox service centers around Charlotte?

I have a RS Monarch Plus RC3 that has a knocking issue that apparently is a known problem and would normally require it to be warrantied. This is the problem - not my video but it shows the issue. (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)

I'm traveling overseas on vacation with my bike after Thanksgiving so don't have the time to have the shock sent off.

Are there any RS service centers in Charlotte that can service the shock in house rather than send it off so at least I can use it?

Thanks for the suggestions. I found a place in Asheville that do in house rebuilds. Overnighted the shock to them on Friday and they'll have it ready by Wednesday which suits meas I'll be up in Asheville for TG so can collect if in time for some for some TG shredding

The place is Find Your Line in West Asheville. Will report back on the service.

Not that this helps at this point but= Same shock = same issue

Cyclepath Helped me do it:

It was Sent to Sram = returned 2 weeks later after full rebuild. IFP - Can service= They found the Debonair can had "sharp edges" and replaced the can.  No clue exaclty what causes the knock. but its fixed now = no noise smooth as butter,

220$ Round trip
