I am the original owner of this bike. I picked up the frame new at the end of 2016 and built it up through the winter that year. It is a full custom build with all hand picked high quality components. Everything is still in great shape I am just looking to move to a short travel 29er.

Fork: Pike RCT3 160mm non-boost
Wheels: I9 Trail 23.4mm inner
Drivetrain: Sram X0 shifter, der, and cassette 11 speed. Carbon cage version.
Brakes: Shimano XT w/ metal pads 160mm rotors
Cranks: Truvativ Stylo (same as Descendant)
Post: KS Dropzone
Seat: WTB Rocket
Stem: NS Bikes 40mm
Bars: NS Bikes Terra 31.8
Tires: Minion DHF 3C exo front and DD rear tubeless with Orange seal
Chain guide: OneUp Components

I can include the pedals if you want but wasn't planning to. The marsh guard is included, I also have the extra spokes for the I9s and a spare drive side dropout. The frame had 3M protective from day 1 so no major scratches and no dents, 1 spot of chipped paint on the TT from when i was building the bike up. The front wheel is dead true with only some small scratches from normal use. The rear has 2 dings, 1 is very minor the other is pretty good but does not affect use. For reference, I am 6'3" and find the frame comfortable but could be a bit longer for me.
