Is Rennie open for riding?

Trail status hasn't changed for a month so just wondering if we can ride it. I know trail work has been ongoing so don't want to mess anything up or tread on toes by riding where I shouldn't.

The trail status does not change unless the conditions change. Then it will be up to the Trail Coordinator

I think Meck Co. requested it close until the Creek Restoration is finalized. I believe it is close to getting done.

Rennie is ridable and open but may be covered with leaves and sticks, like it always used to be. Trail work is going to be an ongoing project over the next several months with reconnections to old trail and creating new trail.

Brian Bradley is the TC at Rennie. I would assume he would have access to change the status but not sure why he has not. From my knowledge the entire trail was never closed due to construction, it was that some parts were lost to the construction. I rode out there several times this year during the stream restoration project.

Sooo back to first question, IS IT OPEN?  If so, status needs to kept up to date.

Thanks guys. Apart from BYT, it's my closest trail and easy to fit in a quick ride when time is tight and don't fancy the beating BYT gives me lol so glad to hear it's open.

Trail is now listed as open. Brian has several things planned out there so everyone keep an eye out for work days coming up.
