Can't go wrong with Enoch. Have a 2 or 3 sets from him.  Also Mark at the Cycle Path does good work.  Not Sure where Dread is working these days but if you can find him, he is really good too.  Hudson was also building wheels and he likes to barter so...

Jerry (Enoch) has built 4 wheelsets for me over the last few years.  He's great at it, very reasonable in his labor pricing, and is quick.

The most recent wheel be built for me was a rebuild to replace a rim I cracked since the hub was still very much worth keeping.
