Two recent events on the Monbo trail at LNSP...1) Someone cut down 6 small live trees on the trail side; and 2) someone tore apart the trail work that a volunteer had recently completed, taking personal vacation time from their work to do it.   

If you see anyone altering the LNSP trails please do not confront them, but notify a Ranger or let the front desk know. They are aware of all volunteer work being undertaken.

Enjoy the trails! (just don’t alter them)

I doubt that the person(s) responsible for these actions ever uses this site/forum or even knows of the Trailblazers so, please get the message out to all your social channels and to fellow MTBers.

Hi Mike!  Great to hear from you.

Fitting that you should respond to this thread.  As a Nube 15 years ago, I was the guilty party who took it upon himself to alter a trail that you were gnoming (is that a word?).  You didn’t stand me against the wall and shoot me (as I deserved  ). You were patient with me & we became friends.  Heck, you’re a large part of the reason I’m a trail gnome today.  The Legend and legacy of Big Bike Mike endures!
