After my coffee this morning I checked the trail statues to see if any were closed after it spit rain this morning. To my surprise I found BYT & BDP trails were closed. I then went to the FINS web site to check rainfall totals over the last 24 hours.

I found that most areas of Charlotte received 0.01-0.02 inched of rain. Just the right amount to knock the dust down but not enough to close a trail that was open yesterday.  This is a great reference to use when trying to decide where to ride or if the trail coordinator doesn't live close to his trail.
