Threaded press fit bottom bracket bb86/92

Check this out....it's a press fit bottom bracket, but threaded.  I screwed it into my Trek with one tool, no presses or other weird bottom bracket tools cluttering up my toolbox.  There's also one from tripeak but it uses a plastic mushroom/t washer over the bearing which may not last long.  The tripeak uses left hand threads, the token uses right hand threads, I don't know if that makes any difference since the halves are connected.

How long did yours last?  The wheels mfg does have a better rep.  Wheel see how it goes.

First one I purchased is still going after 6 years. Think the other ones are just over 3 years old.

Shamless product plug but Cane Creek's Hellbender BBs are available too...

They use SKF's solid oil bearings.

Pretty badass technology for a BB.

I have used the Wheels MFG and they are solid. I have 7 months on my CC Hellbender BB and its still perfect.

Yep we have more in stock now. They have been crazy hot and were able to increase production right before &^&^ hit the fan with this virus.

They are still going quickly but I know that Distributors have them too so your local LBS should be able to order them if you cannot get them direct from CC.
