Selling my Kuat.  This is one that comes with integrated lock and bike repair clamp (not in pic).  Also comes with hitch lock.  This is awesome tray system.  Selling my Jeep and don't need anymore.. 

$689 new.  Will sell for $400.   Will throw in hitch extension if needed too.

Is this the one that you can add a 2 bike extension to? I love my one-up rack....but need to haul 4 bikes occasionally.

yes. You just remove the plate for repair clamp and add the additional rack
