Manual Machine for balance practice

Got bored over the winter and with all the rain I had extra time so I built a manual machine.

You can google it....many different plans...this one is actually very sturdy and works well.  I wanted one not too big and it can also work as a bike stand if needed.

Does it work??  It will make you tired practicing.  It is not as easy as it seems.  I think it helped me practice balancing.  I did get better at it and I do have more confidence pulling the front wheel up without pedaling.  So maybe it helps - lots of opinions on that.

I can save you a lot of time if you need a bike stand/manual machine.

$30 pretty much what I have in the wood and I used fancy screws so you can adjust it if needed.

I put rubber on the bottom to keep it from sliding.

Fits a 2.4 tire pretty nice and. 2.6 if you let some air out.....but if you want to adjust just remove the screws and then screw it back in where you want it to be.

I live in the Harrisburg area.
