Lots of confused people trying to figure out if you ride up or off of the new unsigned wooden feature below the dam / soccer fields.

What's our liability coverage?

Im thinking you ride up it, since that is the direction for riders. Just my guess, i could be wrong.

Also the reroute section just after that is great. Good job to all who helped with that. It was much needed in my opinion.
Is there any more plans for new reroutes to be done at Beatty?

Agree on the great work.  My first time out there in a while.

As for the wooden feature, it's kinda big and...tempting for something on a main trail.  I watched a dad launch off of it and just barely stay upright on the landing.

Dad's reliving their glory days!  Looks like it's up to the rider to press the send button (or not) with no gap so it passes the main trial feature test from where I'm sat.

Yeah that's it.   Wink. More I'd hate to see a kid without a helmet huck it and bif, if that's not the intended direction.

Yes great job on the Re-route !
A couple weeks ago I passed a young couple on huffy cruisers that were having difficulty climbing the old switchback and were turning around to go back to their car. I explained that this was arguably the most difficult 100 feet on the green trail and it got better at the top.  They ended up pushing their bikes to the top and continuing on.
With your new re-route more folks will be able to enjoy the trail and not get discouraged.
Again....great job!

Agree with Avlrider.  Ride up the step-up jump with the flow of rider traffic, not off the platform.  Just rode it today, and it was a huge improvement on those roots. Much more fun to have a jump!

Thanks as always to the builders!
