Anybody know if the Marion Diehl loop is going away for good? I went over to ride it last week and it appears that there's greenway construction going right through it with a lot of clearing going on.

Last I rode it, about a month ago, there was greenway work but no loss of trail.  All the work was across the creek / right of way.

Did you see something different?

Yes, I'm not super familiar with the trail - this was actually the first time I'd ridden it in years - but the clearing work seems to have taken out a bunch of it near the greenway end. Unless I went the wrong way  Undecided

Well fudge, the trails @ Marion Diehl closest to the right of way are gone due to greenway construction, including the more technical spots.  Sucks, as they've seen some recent attention from the gnomes.

No easy way to piece things together at the moment, plus there is heavy equipment in that area and they are doing blasting work

Once the waterway construction is completed we will take a look and reconnect the trail. It will not be the same but like they say "nothing last forever"

I went for a little ride today to see what it looks like and it seems like this section is whats missing now. This was my first time on this trail though so I dont know it really well.
