cheap gravel/cross bike 56ish cm?

Looking to pick up a cheap gravel or cross bike for some winter training, not looking to sink a bunch of money into it in case it doesn't see much use. Probably a long shot, but anything out there around 600 bucks or so? I'd like to be able to fit some fatter tires on it ideally, I know a lot of cross frames max out around 32-33s.
