Hey, during the winter months the gravity terminal jump lines take longer to dry out than the single track.  With all that exposed dirt and lower temperatures drying is slow.  If we hit a freeze thaw cycle after a rain event then the jumps get hit really hard and can't be ridden without significant damage until the weather pattern changes.

All that to say, expect the caution sign and website with gravity terminal closures as a regular occurrence when we have rain followed by cold temperatures in the winter.  The single track seems to be responding pretty well to winter weather so far.  This is our first winter with the park open so we're still getting used to how the trail responds to rain and the winter moisture cycle.
