This worked a few years ago... Looking for an upgrade

Looking for a Brand Name (Specialized / Trek / Giant) = 18 inch wheel "Girls' Bike.,

   Previously picked up a 16' - Specialized now handing down to the younger one .. Ready to upgrade the older again. 

Not Looking for Walmart bikes.
