Assuming the trails are open the trail run will start from the visitor center parking lot at 08:00 and use the hiking direction to run to all of the Laurel/Wildlife loops before heading to Hawk then Monbo.   

The trail race does not cause any trail closures.

No affiliation, just giving a heads-up.
