In case anyone is interested: the Bike MS Tour to Tanglewood, which raises money for multiple sclerosis research, has added a mountain bike portion for the first time this year. The event takes place Sept 28 & 29 in Winston Salem and they'll have food, beer, music and beer.

Saturday Routes - 15, 35, 50, 65, 80, 100 Miles
Sunday Routes - 15, 25, 40, 50, 65 Miles
MTB Distances
Saturday - 10, 25, 50 Miles
Sunday - 10, 25 Miles

They've done a lot of work to the Tanglewood trails the past couple of years and it's a pretty fun trail.  There will be free tent camping with water, showers, etc. I'll be camping Friday night and doing the 25 mile MTB option Saturday morning if anyone would like to join me. Or if you'd just like to donate a couple dollars, that won't hurt my feelings:

I would do this gladly...but I'm doing th ms150 to the beach from now on... as my wife as also has MS...pretty important cause to us as well...
