I'm currently running a 32 tooth chain ring and was wondering if there is a smaller tooth ring out there? Heading up to the mountains and don't want to put my 3 ring set up back on.  Thx for the advice!

Check out Race Face's narrow-wide chainrings. I think they make a 28t and 30t. I run the 32t in the hills and it aint too bad.

Hey Thanks, do you think any of our LBS would stock the 30T? I'll have to call around. I was thinking that my 32T would be too big for Pisgah.  I need bigger lungs.

The race face narrow wide is an awesome chainring. Just put one on my heckler and rode backyard with no chain drops. They make it down to a 30t, it mounts a little  different then the other sizes.

I'm running a Wolf Tooth Components 30t which is 104BCD (which fits a whole lot of cranks) without issues.  The Race Face 30t is practically the same thing and a little cheaper if you can find it.

If you have a guide... and a Sram crank... I have three MRP Bling Rings for sale in 28T, 30T, and 32T.  28 and 32 are new, 30 only has a couple of rides on it.  Send me a message and I'm sure we can work something out for mucho cheapo.
