Night Ride at RRT

Rode RRT last Friday Night.  Great Ride!  Used my new SL2K Light.  90 minutes on high and it did not get dim (or start a low power warning blink)  I know there is a seperate night ride thread but I thought I'd place this on "trail talk" to try and get more people to ride RRT.  What a great adventure....day or night!

Every time I go out there I think to myself how awesome that place would be at night.

The Michael Myers Hocky Mask guy at the beginnnig of the trail makes you second guess being alone at night!!!!!  You try not to think about it bombing down to the River!

I try to get out there twice a week at night during the Winter depending on who I can find to ride with me.  Wed or Thurs works well for me after work.  I'd be interested in hooking up with you if you go.

I don't know how you guys are riding a single speed up the tough climbs.  Are you pushing or a cyborg?

Im out...

my front wheel is jacked after last night at Beatty. Unless someone would like to meet me out there with an extra one I can swap on for the ride? 29'er QR 160mm rotor.

Bummer too, I was looking for some sketchy night time riding at Steve's

If you're riding with Brian, you can borrow my American Classic QR 29er front wheel.  Just have him call before picking it up.

If your riding a 29er, I've got one you can borrow for tonight off my single speed if you want it.  You can email me at [email protected].  Let me know as I will have to swing by home and get it.
