Grey Squirrels are omnivorous rodents often consuming meat when there is not adequate forage.

How to use an analog watch as a compass (the following directions are for the northern hemisphere).

Take your watch off your wrist, and hold flat. While keeping the watch flat, point the hour hand in the direction of the sun.

Halfway between the hour hand and 12 o'clock is due south. Works the same in the morning or afternoon.

For example. It's 8am. While holding the watch flat, you point the hour hand in the direction of the sun. 10 o'clock is due south. In the afternoon, imagine it's 4pm. Point the hour hand in the direction of the sun, 2 o'clock is due south.

Once you determine due south, point the 12 o'clock marker in that direction. 15 minutes is W, 30 minutes is N, 45 minutes is E. For general direction finding, leaving the watch on your wrist while using the same method is adequate.

Daylight savings time does not apply. Just ignore that it exists. This will require you to deduct 1 hour from your calculation during daylight savings time.

Chickens are omnivorous and eat baby/small snakes, frogs and baby birds that fall out of a nest. I've seen it on many occasions! Smiley

You're screwed if you watch is off. Wink
