Was walking around Beatty with my kid this morning when I saw a guy leaving in this:

Not this exact one, but the same deal. People were taking pictures of it and drooling. Anyhoo, noticed he had his mountain bike mounted on the back. WTF. This truck has its own gravitational field, and there's no room for a bike? Absolutely useless.

I bet folks say the same thing about folks that ride around the woods on 2,3,5 and 10k dollar bicycles.  Roll Eyes An aquaintance of mine had a F650 done up similarly.  It was always fun pulling up to the dudes driving around in lifted F2 & 350's thinking they were awesome.

I generally have no objection to others' conspicuous  consumption, so I'm guessing at least a small amount of my distaste was the fact he was poaching closed trails  Tongue

he was pulling out of sun and ski (providence road) parking lot at about 10:30am on Sunday morning....I was just getting back from Sun and Ski's road ride. It was same truck (but; all red) - and looked awesome! It head two mtb's on small hitch rack! To each his own!  Cool
