Driving down Hickory Ridge Rd today to go to Sherman.  Coming towards me I see a little white car with flashers flashing and what appears to be a bike helmet on the roof.  As I get closer, I realize the bike helmet is not on the roof, it is on the biker that is riding behind the car.  As we passed each other, from my angle, it looked like the biker's head was between the arms on the bike rack!  I'm no roadie, but that was some serious drafting!

Saw the same guy today on my way to Sherman on Morrison on the way to Sherman and on flowes store when I was heading home.  The car was coming towards me both times and couldn't even see the guy on the bike until you get beside the car.  Serious drafting!

Not sure what they call it, but if that car hiccuped just for a second it's a disaster for the guy on the bike.  His front wheel was literally just a couple inches off the bumper of the car.  I'm not a roadie either so I'm unfamiliar with the term or practice.  Looks crazy to me!  But then again I'm old now and can feel all the injuries from my crazy younger days.

Check out Fred Rompelberg to see what crazy speeds can be reached doing some hard core motor pacing. (he holds the record at 167mph)

My favorite was to Jump on the tail of a UPS truck that had just passed.  They create some great drafting opportunities.
