What's up with the drivetrain on that bike?  Is it English? The drivetrain is on the wrong side.

long story short, I was having crank arm clearance issues with the chainstay due to the threaded bottom bracket adapter.  I ended up flipping the bottom bracket 180 to resolve the issue.
