I'm really really hope it's for serving beer..  

Also I spotted some new trail going in.  Looks like it follows the entrance road.

It's for rental bikes, it was open Saturday when I was there. I did see a small fridge in there but didn't notice any beer.

The containers beside the Adventure Pavilion are an auxiliary bike rental facility, and the coolers are stocked with water, powerade, and canned craft beers.
