BYT ground hive.

Top of concrete block climb (LEFT SIDE) in the blocks themselves right before you head down jump line upper berm. I was told that it is a large hive. I will try to kill them sometime this week. If anyone else would like to please do. I will get them at night only. I really don't won't to get stung anymore!!! There are also 2 more ground hives about 3 to 4 feet off the trail. One is near the plant and the other is across the service road when you come back across the field. I stepped on that one. Their are also 2 hornets nests. One is at the end of the poo tracks where the bypass connects back in. It is about 5 feet off the trail and 8 to 10 feet up. The other is on the skinnies loop about 15 feet off trail. Don't bother them they won't bother you. Yellow jackets are really pissed off no rain to make them happy. Ok you have been warned. Just don't be the last rider and go faster!!!

I went out and rode around the trail some today and their are plenty of ground hives. Here is a list of what and where I saw them. I didn't ride the whole trail. Clouds got real dark so I got out ASAP.
2 on the skinnies loop
1 on the rock roll down behind the houses on Wensley.
1 right before the crossing where the greenway is going before you get to the plant outflow.
2 on the climb on the way to the top of the jump line. One is right after you pass the big metal wheel and the next berm. It's about 10 to 15 feet after that berm on the right about 6 to 10 inches off the trail. Next one is at the top of the jump line in between the curved wooden thing and the concrete blocks on the left about a foot off the trail.
1 is across the service road in between the up hill log ride and the one where you pop out into the field. Chase found that one today. Got it on the ankle.
1 when you go across the field and head back into the woods in the tight u turn before you hop over the log with the lawn mower deck.
I am sure their are many more! If you are allergic please don't got out and ride BYT. I will get some of them next week at night. If anyone would like to come out next week at night. I could use a partner just in case it goes bad. I talked to plant manager about driving in and got the ok. I will not go out and get them by myself. So if you are riding in a group you had better be in the front of the pack. The back of the pack will not fair well. If anyone sees any more let me know. Pm me if you would like to go out and help me get them. I can't promise that you won't get stung or  that I wont run you down as I step on your back getting away.

My preferred method is to ride faster and let Scott take care of them.

They sell this stuff at Home Depot that shoots 12 to 15 feet and then run like hell. We Louis and I are going out Wednesday night to get some of the nests. When you get them at night they are all in one place and are a little more docile. If you take a flash light and set it near the hive the ones that get out will head towards the light (remember poltergeist). You have to remember that they don't loose their stingers and are angry little bustards right now!

Boy, the trail really had the smell of bug spray late yesterday.  Thanks Worker Rider for getting those mean little bustards.  Well most of 'em....
