Warrior Creek / OVT trees - be careful

Be careful if you ride Kerr-Scott...

Warrior creek has about 30 trees down in 10-15 different spots all over the trail (also has tons of trash, sticks, etc from the flooding).  Almost all of them you'll need to dismount (also if you're lucky like me - while you're ducking under/over you'll prob pick up a tick or two).  Most of these you can see in plenty of time to stop as long as your are paying attention.

OVT is in much better shape; however, be careful on upper berry (lower berry seemed fine) as there is a down tree right after a downhill with 3-4 jumps that you cant see until you land the last one... you'll see my skid marks  Shocked

I'm glad that this is an environment where you feel free to fail.

I rode warrior yesterday. They were working on the down trees. There were only about 6 or so discounts needed.  By the weekend they should be in good shape.

What about OVT.  Any trees down.  This is a much better ride since they added two loops a few months ago (5 more miles on OVT) making an "out and back"  approx 20 miles.

Doing the main loop and the 3 extra loops in both directions netted me 24 miles on Sat. It was primo too!
