Landers, When one leaves a elevated mound of dirt and lands to flat that to me is a foul. Landers should be measured in height and distance . One does not simply make a sender and forgets about the landing, one thinks of speed one goes into sender and the distance in which one lands , with elevation change from the point of exiting to the point of rolling. I mean don't build hits , jumps, senders without makeing the landings longer and more comfortable to land on then just BAMMMMMM n BANG N then PISSSSSSSSSSSSS...Just Sayin'...RAMFB...We think before we build...

My favorite is when you launch off that kicker at the top of a downhill in the early miles of North Meck and look ahead and see an oblivious trail runner with earbuds in right in the middle of the "lander" and you have to stomp the bike down hard and the saddle smacks you right in the ... and then you feel like you might have to throw up for a mile or two...

3 0r 4 years ago, I hit that first jump at NM and there was a kid in the lander. If he would have stayed still, no problem. But he moved right in the direction I was heading and I had to ditch the bike. That was not too much fun.

I hear ya Rocky, the lack of appropriate landers on most "jumps" around here is frustrating.  That's why I'm on a crusade to build legit jumps with landers!!!!  There are a few out there in the area though.
