	Phase 1 of 277 trail construction is on! Come and join us from 8AM to 11AM. This is a great opportunity to discover this wonderful property. Please bring gloves and water. Behind the Morrison Family YMCA: 9405 Bryant Farms Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277 Park at the Pavillion parking lot. Please post if you can make it so I can get a head count.

	Got to thinking. This could be a real resource if the high school Mt Biking series takes off. Audrey Kell HS is just a mile down the road from there. Man if that comes together I am really jealous of those kids!

	We are confirmed for tomorrow at 8:30 AM! Just bring gloves and water. Will bring some donuts Location: behind the Morrison YMCA in Ballantyne where the big Pavillion and soccer fields are. Park at the pavillion parking lot right in front of the big tool shed. Call or PM if you get lost.

	Great day yesterday at the 277 trail. Met some fantastic riders from the neighborhood and had a lot of fun imagineering our new trail. Think the natural triple we discovered & improved is going to be a ton of fun to ride! Lots of potential in those woods. Cheers Jeff
