Hi guys, my patio project is in swing, but the cost estimate I got for replacing a double window with a french door of approximately the same width and replacing an existing door with a similar window was higher than I expected.  The quote was $1667 for the labor to install both.  The window price was included, but the door would need to be provided by me.  I'm thinking that's too high.   

I'm wondering if you guys have any carpenter or licensed contractor who would be willing to go through any permitting and inspection needed to install these two pieces and would be much better priced than my current contractor.
