I came across an article in an Italian Medical Website of the benefits of riding a bike. I have used Google Translate, which is not perfect, but helps to understand the meaning of what was written in Italian. Here is the article, enjoy:

I have to chime in here like a Japanese Gosha King,,,,Riding a bike is so much more to the soul than too the pleasure of the body,,,,,,,hense Free your mind and your azz will follow,,,RAMFB Evryday and anyday you can,,,follow your soul,,,,but stay alive,,,,,with to much happening to us here it is easy to get distracted ,,,like what I just wrote which might hthink normal but I see this everyday, and to those that went down, the 5 or so is what I got, man get better , I don't know what happened but when I heard it this morning at work,,HT on Myers Park,,,,or where ever ,,,I heard and was like , deap breath and was everybody ok,,just heard 5 went down,,sending positives to them, all of them ...Dont stop pedalling,,,,these are the risks we all take,,,never let it slide from your mind but it is what you make your ride,,,the tail end of this is  USE YOUR HEADS PEOPLE AND RAMFB Safely,,,,all families lives matters,,,no matter where or when or why we must first take care of eachother,,,,2000 bls. vs. 18 to 15 bls=Nastiness,,,,,Oh and forgot it was like a large group of 25 or so,,,maybe larger,,,,not sure...
