I am constantly stripping the screws from my lock on grips. Any tricks for getting them off once stripped?

I have had to drill the screw out before.  I have started putting anti seize on the threads to prevent this in the future.  I have also used a cutting wheel on a drimmel to cut the screw where the joint is on the lock on ring.  Just have to be careful not to cut into the bars

Dremmel. Nothing seems to help if they're on there long enough.
