29er Tire size fitment....

Hello, I've posted here b4, but have a new question. I have an 2015 Trek Fuel EX 9, and it's time to upgrade tires, I bought an wtb weirwolf 29x2.5 for front and rear, using stock rims. Question is, will it fit? Huh

As long as your wheels are 29" they should fit the wheel no problem.

It may be tight clearance on the frame/fork though since most of the non-boost stuff is designed for a 2.4 or smaller...

2.5's are pretty wide, depending on how narrow the internal width is in your rims (stock rims tend to be relatively narrow, 20-23mm) you could have some issues with tire roll when pushing hard into corners.  Like Banjo said, if the wheels are 29 they'll "fit" on the wheel, but they may not produce the best results

WTB 2.5 is more like 2.35... you should be OK.  I know the AM TCS gave me fits on my 19mm Mavics the first time I mounted them but they fit just fine.  You may need some dish soap to help get the bead seated depending on your wheels.

For all that were wondering, it fit really well looked just like the 2.3s that came off. But pretty tough to get on the rim.
