so for anyone who has camped over by Woodrun, do you have to let them know you are going out there? Or can you just set up in the field and go for it, assuming an RV can still fit down the road?

it's national forest, I am almost certain you can set up down there. as long as there is not a no camping sign. I've sleep in my tent on that gravel road before.

DEET is to repel Bigfoots.  There are Bigfoots all over URE

Nah, 29's roll over em. It's those squishy 27.5 fat tires that attract Big Feets. Kind of like post work out roller time for the big guy.

URE is all dispersed camping so camp where you please... unless signed otherwise. 

There's s nice field on the right before you hit the vault toilet. Back corner has good shade and access to Woodrun. 

Camped there many, many times.
