Just don't get a reverb and you'll be fine.

I like the Reverb. Had a few. Definitely don't last forever and have issues but not the worst on the market. When functioning well, you can't beat them.

I have had a bunch of KS LEV and they worked well, I have also been very happy with the two Command Post I have had.  Being able the check the air pressure without moving the seat is a bonus.

My next dropper will be a Fox Transfer, just because.

Command droppers are nice.  My vote is for the Fox Transfer.

+1 for the Fox Transfer. Had mine probably close to a year now. Works flawless, every time. Good audible thunk when it tops out, so you know when you can sit down. Good return speed that can be easily modulated by how far you push the lever.

I only wish it were user serviceable...

The plunger lever is terrible and they want to sell you a fix for another $100. If you're buying new, might as well go with one built to last and doesn't suck out if the box. For my money, I'd get the fox.

Look at weight!!! We skim down frames etc to get rid of 20 gr and then we add weight with a dropper. I understand the need in certain trails so if you really need one buy the best and look for weight.

I'll just drop a log and keep my dropper. 9Point8 FallLine that I have is awesome but on the pricey side (fully serviceable and can buy all small parts). Bontrager Drop Line is great performance for the price, very smooth and a nice lever.

Agree with above, not a Reverb.

What is the diameter of your seat post? If it is a 27.2 mm, then your options will be limited.
