Where is this trail?  Is it currently being built? How long? I do not know where the OUTLET MALL TRAIL CENTRE located.

No parking area, no trail head.  Minimal progress being made on that front.

If there is news to share then it will be shared far and wide because the people working on it will be super stoked to share it.  Sorry to be jaded.

Plan is an entire mountain bike park but it's been hard to really get any momentum without a parking lot to host workdays.

Parking lot plans were finally approved by the city last week.  Plans were hung up on a tree save issue which is now a non issue.  Ball is in Crescent's court to get it built.

Thax for the video.  Encompasses a lot.  As building MTN BIKE TRAILS goes, this may not happen anytime soon.  Also, in the video, I was not sure how much of the "trails" will be greenway type or Mtn Bike type.  But glad to see things happening here.

Look at the map used in the video - the big (130 acre) white space in the center left - that fronts the river - is "ours". The developers want interconnectivity throughout the entire development, including natural  surface trails.

Wheels turning just this week to get both the parking lot and some more third party professionally built trail started.

Pittenger lost his primary, but lost the bridge/ highway to his properties a few years ago ....

yea I know. I keep hoping they’ll announce something to lighten the traffic from Gaston to Mecklenburg. The current 4 bridges just aren’t enough.
