I feel like ebike's should be like handicap tags. You can ride one if you have a legitimate issue and it gets you into the woods. Go get a doctor to sign off on whatever medical condition you have that isn't couch a** and by all means get into the woods and enjoy it like the rest of us. 

But if you just want one cause you want to be faster/are out of breath/ect w/ no effort I have no sympathy for you and get off the trail and don't get us normal riders into the slippery slope of trying to figure out how to regulate them. Pedal bikes have enough problems as it is.
