Hey guys just upgraded to a SRAM nx eagle and it skips on the 11t , I took it back to the shop I bought it feom already once but still  skips. I will contact them one more time but meanwhile I am checking for a good mechanic, I am sure it is the high to adjust but I never put my hands on a SRAM and I do not want to create a mess.

Improper setup of the B tension might also be your problem. That requires the little red plastic measurement gauge. Or as you stated may just be the high side runout screw needing adjustment. You can go to SRAMs web sight and download the setup pdf and do it yourself. It’s very easy.

Thanks! Yes I have seen the tool in the video but do not have it. I bet the shop kept it (it should have been in the box). Anyway i will try on my own as you suggest.

did you pay them to install it, and then take a second look at it?

i'd go back until its right, or until they find something else wrong with your bike.

Second what Pearl said.
What is the shop you purchased the gruppo from? Perhaps 3rd time is the charm. Did you purchase a complete group?

ciao

It's probably the B-tension screw, or limit screws.

If it was added to the bike as an upgrade it's possible the derailleur hanger was bent before it was put on (such as from a crash), but that should be something they'd check.

If a shop can't get it working right, though, I'd seriously be very stern about them fixing it or ask for my money back and my old parts, or have them reimburse you for another shop to fix it.

That would explain why SouthPark Cycles closed
