In 2020 we are working to make the meetings more action oriented vs update oriented, given the limited time we all get together. We still want to treat these meetings as a fellowship event, but we are going to try to alternate the objective each more between Executive Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Update/Fellowship meetings. 

For the month of February we have a planned committee break out where the three main committees will meet for 30ish minutes and then provide updates on what they plan to accomplish in 2020.
