Took out a downed tree at Fisher on the lower loop. This one was across the double track. Noted that the trail is still very damp and squishy in places. Just not enough sunshine or drying wind this time of year. More wet coming in Sunday and more wet mid week. Alas! 
At least I was able to get out.

The stream restoration crew was working today (Saturday). They are working on the second culvert crossing under the power line. The work is opening the meadow and softening the flow. We will have a good bit of trail work to do when the project is finished, but I think we will like the finished product. I don't know when the project will be done and the area opened enough for us to go in and build the re-routes. 
Mark Sullivan is keeping communication open with the project. 
This may well be a positive coming out of 2020.
