I built this bike to go to the mountains with my son but I prefer single speed.  It has zero rides on the fresh build with well over $1k in NEW parts.

The frame is not new and was my backup single speed before I disassembled it and converted it to 27.5 and gears.

I rode the bike for 30 seconds in my backyard and decided I'd rather just gear for the mountains than shift.  Don't judge me.

- Used Flawless Fox RL Factory Fork 110mm (new for this build)
- Used Fox Float RP23 Rear Shock (stickers scraped from rack but no issues)
- Used RaceFace Crank
- Used Hope Seatpost Clamp
- Used Thompson Seat Post
- New RaceFace Chainring
- New Speed Tuned Stans Arch EX 27.5 Wheelset set up tubeless with new stems 
- New Maxxis Forekaster EXO TR Front Tire
- New Maxxis IKON EXO TR Rear Tire
- New Box Four 11x42 1-by drivetrain
- New FSA Cartridge Headset
- New Origin 8 Spacebar
- New Oury Lock-on Grips
- New SD7 Levers & Housing with BB7 Calipers : If you would rather have hydraulics, I have a set of Stroker Trails with rebuilt levers that I can provide instead.  They need a bleed but I'll even include the bleed kit if that's what you want.

Basically, you have almost all new parts on a frame that was my backup.  I love the frame and the way it rode but it's just going to sit with all those shifty bits on it now.
