What are some of the easier area trails for a beginner getting back on my bike after a long layoff

1. Col. Francis Beatty, I little rooty in some places but, this is where I took my kids. Lots of walkers...
2. Purser Hulsey, mostly mellow/fun. Lots of walkers

There are other easier trails to ride but they aren't very fun so I didn't include them.

The Prairie Loop at AnneSprings is one of the best beginner loops around. Smooth and wavy gives a fun ride with hardly any elevation change and its really pretty out there. Think its like 3-4 mile loop and you can progress to running the rest of the trail that is very smooth as well. Only downside is you have to pay. Its $12 a day or around $6 a month membership.
