It includes one of the special security allen wrenches to lock it into place and to remove it from your receiver.  This platform style bike rack holds the bikes in place by pulling the arms down against the front and rear tires.  It fits wheel sizes from 16" to 29". It doesn't rub on any frame parts or paint.  Additional add-on racks can be added quickly when purchased from 1up USA.
