Bulldozing in support of the non-stop overdevelopment of the area is getting close to Sherman Branch.  There are now freshly dozed trees along Rocky River less than a quarter mile from the parking lot.

Is the park protected, or is there a chance a Kohls and Best Buy are in the works?

Should be just fine. I’ve seen the clearing also. The county owns it and I seriously doubt they would sell. Buy up the land around you like we are! We have had quite a few people trying to buy ours but it’s not for sale!!! We get calls at least once a week. Hopefully picking up more this spring to build more trail on. I’m not retired quite yet from building.
