Sunday November 1st at 8am. More grubbing and ground work than your heart desires, probably other things to do if you are into that kinda thing.

We will be back out in the woods this weekend for more trail work.
Saturday and Sunday 8am - Noon.
Current forecast for Saturday shows heavy rain, if accurate and rain is heavy, we will reschedule.
As always, no prior experience needed, just bring sturdy shoes, gloves and enough clothes for the weather. Water and a snack is always a good idea.

We are making steady progress at Big Leaf. A big thank you to the 10 workers that came out over Saturday and Sunday last week. We will be back out this weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 8-noon both days.

It will be interesting to see which side of this tree people ride.

The track that's near the top center looks like bear... is it?

Where will these trails be? I couldn't find them on the trails tab...

No ideas what critter made the tracks.

The trail is in Statesville and we should have the first phase open in the spring as long as we have volunteers come out and help build.

You mean tracks like this?

Haha - I saw the raccoon tracks. I meant the one in the center just to the left of what looks like the edge of a rock jutting out of the sand. It would be a left paw.

Without scale it's a little difficult. But it seemed to have the distinct bear pattern. I'm sure they're up that way.

Probably just a raccoon like the rest.
