Those guys look kinda buffed. Can anyone let me know the proper way to blood dope? Is it still illegal even though you do it yourself and not following UCI rules?

I was hoping someone would ask before I had to.  Who are these folks?  I'm guessing by the other post one of them is Lance and the others are also professional or former professional roadies.  Hard to tell with the glasses, but I am guessing he is on the left.  From the other responses, kellybone is in the middle--who is kellybone?  I googled Vande Velde and being in Charlotte, I am assuming Jimmie Johnson is NASCAR's Jimmie Johnson.

I had to figure it out myself as well. Lance is on the left, Kelly-guy (I have no idea who he is) is in the middle; George Hincapie is on the right (he was a long time member of Lance's team and involved in all of his TDF wins). Not pictured here, but to the right on the picture on Lance's twitter post, are another person I can't identify, then Christian Vande Velde (another former member of Lance's team) and on the far right is Jimmie Johnson. I'd post the full picture but have never made the effort to figure out how.

The twitter post said that Lance and JJ had run some hot laps and followed it up with a "gr8 bike ride". It would seem that he could have done Steve a big favor by identifying the trail. Or maybe not such a big favor.
