It appears to be a way for them to obtain an additional entry. This from the "official rules":
HOW TO ENTER:

(You need to Login or Register to view media files and links) This company sells one item, a cheap mini bike pump and patch repair kit. I question the "sweepstakes" legitimacy as it appears dubious at best. I cannot remember all the forum rules but perhaps this thread could be removed?
